H.E Herrera-Lim, UnderSecretary of the Department of Foreign  Affairs of the Republic of Philiipines, who traveled to Tehran to hold 8th round of Iran- Philippines Poilitical Consultation (JCCM) with his counterpart; also met with H.E. Aragchi, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, on 11 Nov 2025. both sides emphasized strengthening bilateral relations.
